  • Order early: To get your playset installed in time, especially before holiday gift-giving or very nice weather, place your order well in advance.
  • Weather can affect timing: Snow, ice, or extreme weather may impact delivery schedules or safe installation.
  • Site preparation: We’ll need a safe, reasonably level path and installation area with good access (no major obstructions).
  • Customization takes decisions: Pick slides, swings, roofs, staining or finishes, accessories, etc. The more specific you are up front, the smoother the process.
