Everything You Need for a Smooth Installation Day
Our team will arrive prepared to professionally install your new playset. Before we arrive, we ask that you review a few important details involving placement, yard access, pets, underground systems, existing structures, and overall site readiness.
The guide is designed to reduce surprises, help our crew arrive prepared, and create a safe, efficient installation experience for your family.
Choose Your Location
Identify where you would like the playset installed and discuss any concerns involving slopes, drainage, fences, landscaping, trees, or other obstacles.
Clear the Installation Area
Make sure the installation space, gates, pathways, and access points are open and clear for equipment and materials.
Secure Pets
All pets should be safely secured before and during installation, and the installation area should be cleared of pet waste.
Disclose Underground Items
Let the Emerald Playsets team know about sprinkler systems, invisible fences, septic systems, buried utilities, or other underground items.
Please Approve Placement Before Installation Begins
Before work begins, show the installation team exactly where you would like your playset placed. Moving or repositioning the playset after installation has started may require additional labor or a return service charge.
Customers are also encouraged to remain available until installation is complete so they can participate in the final walkthrough and address questions before the crew leaves.
