Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
This policy supersedes all previous refund and return policies issued prior to this date.
1. General Policy
Our general refund and returns policy remains in effect only until arrangements have been made for delivery, setup, and installation. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order amount is a non-refundable deposit. Once your playset has been built or production has begun, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the deposit amount paid.
2. Online Orders and Processing Fees
For orders submitted and processed solely through our online system only (no human interaction during ordering process), if a refund is requested while the playset remains in the production queue, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Order Confirmation and Production Timeline
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a production order has been issued to our manufacturing team. Production typically begins within two (2) business days of order confirmation. Once production has begun, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
4. Changes or Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted or corroborated in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation. Changes made after production has begun may result in additional charges or adjustments to the delivery schedule.
5. Delivery Scheduling and Delays
Delivery and installation schedules are subject to change due to weather, site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Schedule adjustments or delays do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.
6. Defects and Warranty Claims
Any defects or damage identified at the time of delivery or installation will be addressed in accordance with our product warranty. Repairs or replacements will be provided as outlined in the warranty terms. Refunds will not be issued for warranty-related issues.
7. Non-Returnable and Custom Items
All custom-built playsets, special-order components, or personalized designs are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
1. CONTACT FORMS
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
4. EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
5. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
6. WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
